01 / Meet our founder
Founder, SKR Technologies
Founded in 2021, SKR Technologies is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company built on a profound legacy in plastic injection mold and tooling manufacturing.
The company focuses on plastic injection molds and investment casting molds. Its work spans product and mold design, toolmaking, fixtures and gauges, manufacturing, in-house trials, and quality checks.
The founder's professional journey began in 1999 as a toolmaker. From 2006 to 2010, he worked as a VMC programmer, followed by a role as a manager and mold designer from 2010 to 2012. He then served as Toolroom and Design Manager from 2012 to 2018, before starting a partnership venture in 2018. This experience led to the founding of SKR Technologies in 2021.
His expertise spans product design, toolmaking, mold design, and manufacturing optimization. Today, a team of more than 18 designers, CNC programmers, toolmakers, and quality engineers works from a 3,000 sq. ft. facility, carrying projects from an initial part brief through design decisions, tool construction, and trial validation.
SKR Technologies supports automotive, electrical, medical, defense, and other manufacturing sectors, with an emphasis on quality, timely delivery, cost-effective engineering, and customer satisfaction.

04 / Engineering & quality
The company profile describes an integrated setup for designing, manufacturing, trialing, and inspecting precision tooling.
SKR's design scope includes custom product design and hot- and cold-runner injection molds. Cooling-time and filling-pressure simulations help the team assess channel layouts, filling behavior, and production-cycle considerations as the mold design develops.
The listed shop equipment includes AWEA F-16, AKIRA SEIKI Performa V4 XP, and US Wheeler vertical machining centers, supported by CNC and ZNC spark EDM, surface grinding, milling, and drilling operations.
In-house trials use a 260-ton YIZUMI injection molding machine. The company profile also describes Mitutoyo measurement equipment and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
